My role in this project

• Project manager, lead designer and developer for the responsive email project
• Review of a year’s worth of email performance data, identified and analyzed best performers
• Creation of wireframes and mock-ups with an updated look and feel of email templates to make it simple,     clean but sophisticated, as well as saving time and resources dedicated to ad hoc emails
• Coding a responsive master template using my knowledge of W3C compliant HTML, cross browser                 compatibility, best practices as well as branding standards, for maximum email deliverability across major     mail clients
• Provided knowledge transfer to a group of 10 designers by training sessions (how to use, test and debug),       creating documentation and best practices
• Support of the Email Marketing Team with the migration process from the SilverPop and Litmus to Eloqua     platform
